The story is set in a fictional ancient civilization where the practice of human sacrifices to gain the favor of the gods is widespread. The ritual takes place at the top of a massive pyramid, with a large hole in the center into which the chosen ones are thrown at the climax of the ceremony. The protagonist, a powerful warrior named Ashkii, does not perish in the sacrificial ritual because fate has a different path for him, and he survives the fall.
After regaining consciousness, Ashkii realizes that the depths of the pyramid hide a secret: an alien base. From this point on, his sole objective is to escape the pyramid safely. As he ventures deeper into this environment, it becomes increasingly clear to him that his own culture is based on lies. The sacrifices are not for the gods but for the benefit of aliens living beneath the ground.
A történet egy fiktív ókori civilizáció világában játszódik, ahol elterjedt szokás az emberáldozat bemutatása az istenek jóindulatának elnyeréséért. A rituálé egy hatalmas piramis tetején zajlik, melynek közepén egy méretes lyuk tátong, ebbe hajítják bele a kiválasztottakat a ceremónia tetőpontján. A főszereplő, egy ereje teljében lévő harcos, Ashkii mégsem pusztul el az áldozati szertartásban, ugyanis a végzet neki más utat szánt.
Amikor a zuhanás után magához tér, rájön, hogy a piramis mélye idegenek titkos bázisát rejti. Innentől kezdve egyetlen célja, hogy épségben kijusson a piramisból. Minél tovább halad ebben a közegben, annál világosabbá válik számára, hogy saját kultúrája hazugságon alapszik. Az áldozatok pedig nem az istenek, hanem a föld alatt élő űrlények javát szolgálják.
